About the instructor:
Dama Divina is a self-taught painter and visual sociologist currently completing a six-month artist residency at Third House Studios. Raised in the San Fernando Valley, she holds a degree in Sociology from Cal State Fullerton and brings her academic background in sociology and psychology into a creative practice centered on identity, culture, emotion, and lived experience.
About the program:
This teen workshop series uses art, discussion, and creative practice to build critical thinking, self-expression, and social-emotional skills. Participants will explore identity, emotion, relationships, and the world around them through an artistic lens.
Workshops take place every Thursday in October from 4:30–6:30 PM at Third House Studios.
